Your out and back 10K journey begins at Gravelly Point Park, directly across from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. As the planes take off directly overhead, you will hug the banks of the Potomac with sweeping views of the Washington Monument, Lincoln Memorial and other famous landmarks. After passing Lady Bird Johnson Park running under the Arlington Memorial Bridge you will continue on to the entrance of Theodore Roosevelt Island before your return trip back. Beautiful views, bright sun and weeping willows abound. Enjoy the run!
